Characteristics that made the early Christians Recognisable to others

Today for R.E we were learning about the Christians in the Early Church. Many of the early Christians were the first martyrs who gave their lives as followers of Jesus. The first Christians sold their possessions and shared their proceeds with the community. They gave what they had to the apostles to distribute those in needs.

Today for Reading we were learning about Eusocial Plants. We read an article about eusocial plants. We were researching media with an open eye to tell each other our own opinions. In Eusocial Pants Pg. 3

The main group of people in this news article are researchers in New Zealand. This news article is about telling us about the Eusocial Plants. Also talking about a naked mole - rat. It talked about different animals and things about them. The news article also talked about bees, wasps, termites.This event took place in Lord Howe Island. This event took place on the 17th of June.


Glossary - 


Epiphytes - A plant that grows on other plants.

Deflected - Something to change direction.

Sterile - When you aren’t able to produce children.

Coconut Flesh

Today we were learning about Plants in the Pacific. My Classmates and I were focusing on a particular tree. That tree is the coconut Tree. Twp Whanau went into 8 groups and in those 8 groups we were learning about the different parts of the coconut tree. My group and I were learning about the flesh of the coconut. I made a google drawing and put all the information I learnt inside the google drawing. Here is my google drawing!
