29/6/2020 My Fitness Diary

So today my class and I had volleyball, when we got to the courts we decided to get into a game. We were split into four groups, we kept switching with each other so we can play against each other. It started raining so we had to wait under the shelter for the coach, when she got back we went into the hall we had to wait again to wait for the boys and coach to come back then we got into the game elimination we got into two group and were playing against each other it was really fun, excitedly we WON! than we hall went back upstairs.

24/6/2020 Fitness Diary

So today my class and I went outside for fitness, before we went outside my teacher explained everything before we started. We were in partners, as you can tell on the picture, two partners were working together. We went outside then started doing fitness that our teacher told us to do we were rotating every time the thirty seconds would stop, each and every thing we do we have thirty seconds to do it. We had a little break than did the same thing, when we were done some went to go have a drink than the rest went inside the class. That was the end of fitness.

Today in R.E, my class and I had a discussion about the original sin. The original sin is when Adam and Eve at the apple. When we finished having a discussion we went to our netbooks and went on storyboard online to retell the story how Adam and Eve at the apple from the tree of knowledge.

Samoan Tatau Explanation

            Samoan Tatau Explanation

 Samoan is a culture, they have a traditional tatau/tattoo. Today am either picking Fetu/Star Malu/Protected Gogo/Seagull Alualu/Jelly Aveau/Starfish Toluse/Cross Anufe/worm or caterpillar. It is very hard but I have decided what to pick Fetu/Star because I like stars and it is nice and small. It might fit perfectly on your hand and I also think that it is very pretty. I would pick any but since I want to pick only one I am picking the star and If you tilt your head to the left it looks like a flower(you can also tilt your netbook to the right).I am glad that I picked the star but I think that anyone of them would look very very pretty with my Samoan Tatau page.

Aisake's Birthday

                            Aisake’s Birthday

On Wednesday 10th June was Aisake’s Birthday, he brang a red velvet cake with M&M peanuts on top of them.

 After lunch we had mindfulness, when mindfulness was done we went to the back of the classroom where the sink is. There is a table there where we cut the cake before we cut the cake. My teacher Ms.Nees-Kairua took some pictures.

When we got our piece of cake we took ourselves a milk then we went outside to eat our cake, when some of them were done they decided to play soccer.

My teacher said that we have to get inside and clean the place up, when we were done cleaning the place up our teacher said that we could go outside and have a quick game of Modi/Mody (sorry I don’t know how to spell it).

Finally the game was finished but sadly we lost, but it was alright. We went to our teacher so we could do our end of the day prayer, when all of that was done we all grabbed our bags and went home.

What I can feel in my mindful place?

Things I hear in my mindful place

In my mindful place I hear birds having conversations and I also heard the water crash into the rocks. I like ie when fizzy drinks makes the noise when they are opened.

I like it when someone will cook bacon and eggs and the bacon and eggs start to sizzle. If someone has slime and make bubbles when the pop it, it is very satisfying. When my mum makes chicken and chips it makes noises that is what I like to hear.

Sometimes when I am in class my classmates teacher and I will hear a Tui outside. I would hear people outside laughing when they are playing dodgeball. I would hear the trees and bushes would swish when there's a lot of wind. I also like it when I step on rocks (I like the noise it makes).

Samoan Dance Celebration

On last week Friday 29thy of May, 
St Pius X School plus parents and  Felise were there. 
We were doing a Samoan dance. The reason why we were doing a
 Samoan dance celebration was  because it was Samoan language week.


Father Felise was talking in Samoan. 
Then Mr.Tai came up with a fluffy thing,
 he also was holding a sword.
We all moved to the other side so 
the girls in the other group could dance. 
Everyone was clapping when they were done.


The next group came up and did their dance.
 Once they were done with their dance everyone
 was clapping when they were finished. 
Finally it was the last group the people who were sitting was clapping to the beat the people who were standing was making lot's of noise. 
The people who were standing was making the sound "chihoo!".

 My thoughts of the celebration was a smart and excellent idea. I felt happy and exited
