Stress Response

Hi Everyone, Todays learning is about stress and how you can overcome some things you get stress about. You can always talk to a person if you are feeling stressed. Stress Response means that when you are stress the brain sends a signal to the body. So it depends how you wanna act when you get that signal. You can get angry you can cry you can do many things. To overcome it you can do some mindfulness breathing.  This Video will help you!
