I am a year 5 student at St. Pius X Catholic School in Auckland, New Zealand. I am at the Te Wairua Pakiki 5 Learning Space. My teachers are Ms Nees-Kairua, Mr Gaffney and Mrs Tui.
As you can see I have made my own comic Strip by using Google Slides, this comic strip is about two old men fishing and also they have false teeth. One of the old mans false teeth fell out of the boat the the other old men got what he deserved.

I really enjoyed this activity as I like to read and write my own comics. I especially like activities like this where you get the opportunity to imagine what the characters are saying. Have you written any comics of your own?
I thought your comic was very funny and your text matched the images really well, I especially liked the part when they could not stop laughing over the man coughing his teeth out! It is also very helpful that you added some information about the story below your comic to give the reader some context, this allows the reader to have a deeper understanding of the comic.
Keep up the great work and I hope to see more of your posts over the summer.
