Bookmarks
My class and I have made Bookmarks the kind of bookmark I made was a monster. If you would also like to make a bookmark follow these steps.
Steps:
1. First cut you paper as a diamond (make sure it is even).
2. Fold it so it can be a triangle
3. Then fold the two ends up to the middle.
4. Fold them back down. Fold the top bit to the bottom where it is pointy.
5. fold the ends inside the hole (Both of them).
6. Create a design you want like eyes and a tail.
Now you have a book mark
Here is my Bookmark!
If that didn't help here is a Video

Current Events - Ejected from Parliament for not wearing a tie
Wednesday 10th February 2021-”...Ejected from Parliament for not wearing a tie…”
The main people in this article are Rawiri Matiti The Maori Party co-leader and Trevor Mallard The New Zealand Speaker of the Parliament Chamber in Wellington, Beehive.
The key event from the news article is about a man not wearing a tie but instead he wears a New Zealand Poumanu. This event took place in the New Zealand Parliament chamber in Wellington Beehive. This happened on the first on two thousand and twenty one.
On the first of two thousand and twenty one Rawiri Matiti was kicked out of the New Zealand Parliament Chamber because he was wearing a pounamu and Trevor Mallard wasn’t very happy about that so they had an argument. Trevor Mallard had enough so he kicked Rawiri out of the New Zealand parliament chamber.
In my own opinion I think that it is fair that you could wear business ties to the New Zealand parliament chamber just because it could be fair… But I don’t think it was very fair that Trevor Mallard let Ricaddo Menendez The Mexican guy who wore the Mexican tie. But didn’t let Rawiri Matiti wear the pounamu.
In my opinion I think that it is fair that Rawiri Matiti wore the tie to the chamber. The reason why I think that is because he is representing the Maori Party and the New Zealanders.
I agree with Rawiri Matiti. I know it is a rule to wear a business tie to wear to the New Zealand Parliament Chamber but it also represents the Maori Party.
This took place in New Zealand, Wellington Beehive. The New Zealand Beehive was built in 1969 and was completed in 1981. The New Zealand Beehive is used for a metonym for the New Zealand leadership at large. The reason why they named it Beehive was because it was mostly linked to the New Zealand Government.

Ash Wednesday
Today for learning we did Ash Wednesday. My class and I watched a Video about Bishop Patrick telling us about Lent. Since New Zealand is in Lockdown Level 3 we are not able to go school so we are not able to put the ashes on our foreheads. Check out my work to see what I have done!

Te Tiriti O Waitangi
My Cake Day
This writing is about my 10th Birthday
Intro -
Who - My cousins, Brothers, My youth.
What - Practice dances for Sunday Church. (Victory, Me’e), Eat.
Where - A man’s house who is in my church.
When - 26th Jan 2021.
Why - Because it was my birthday and we had Sunday school.
During the summer holidays it was my birthday. The night before it was my birthday I got a hundred dollars from my aunty… The next day it was my birthday.
The first thing I did on my birthday was to buy my brother’s school clothes. We also had to get my school uniform. Then we got McDonald's. I ordered a big mac. My brothers got the same thing.
Finally after sitting for a long time we all drove back home. I was waiting until it hit five o’clock so we could go practice for Sunday church. When it was five o’clock we decided to get ready. After getting ready my dad gave me thirty dollars. Unfortunately when we paid for my school uniform plus my stationary it cost sixty - one dollars. My mum didn’t have any money on her so she asked if she could use my money. I said “sure”.
Then we went to practice. We were working on the dances. We only did two dances. The dances are called Victory and Me’e. After dancing we all had a feed of Chicken Nibbles and Pizza. After Practice we went shopping. I wanted to go shopping just so I could buy a cake. I brought a chocolate cake. After shopping we went back home. We ate dinner (it wasn’t really dinner just bread with chocolate and muffins).
After eating and watching youtube we all went to sleep. THAT WAS THE END OF MY 10TH BIRTHDAY! :)
