Using Place Value to Solve Multiplication

Today for Maths my class and I did some activities about using Place Value to Solve Multiplication. Here is one of the equations. 123 x 4 = 

I used Place Value to solve this problem. 

First I split 123 into 100's 10's and 1's and times then by 4 when I get my answer I add them altogether and that's my answer.

 Today for maths we were solving multiplication problems using Place Value Strategy. I have made a screencastify about my learning and how to solve the multiplication problems.
