Money Math - Working out the change

Today for math I had to work out the change for some people. This was pretty difficult for me so I don't know if i got the answers right. It was pretty easy in the begging but then it got quite hard when it got to the end. But I got to the end and finally finished. I also had to make a screencastify about one of the questions and say how I solved it. Check it out!

Music Slides Lo Yisa Goy

Today's first subject was music. Which I absolutely loved because I listened to The Māori Karakia and Lo Yisa Goy both songs were very relaxing. Ko Wai? Who Is?

Hi Everyone my class and I have been learning a lot of Maori. We also learnt how to ask people who they're mums, dads, sisters, brothers, and grandparents we had to pick a partner so we could talk to each other to ask each other who their families are I chose Ana because she would be easy because I am her cousin. Learning the Māori words because I would get confused on which one is which.

Maths Starters - Changing a improper fraction to a mixed fraction

Yesterday for our maths starters we had to explain how to change a improper fraction into a mixed fraction. I found this really easy because I've already done this. Here is a exmaple colour 6/4 and 1/4 to make it easier you could draw maybe a circle a retangle but there has to be four equal shapes in it. You first colour 6/4 since there is only 4 in one of your shape you colour two more in the others shape and there you've done 6/4 so now you have to colour one more square in another colour to not get confused!
